Hello there! / Witajcie!

Today I’m sharing an altered photo frame with you. I created this project as part of guest inspiration over at Świat Pasji blog and had a lot of fun making it.

Dzisiaj przybywam z mediowym drzewem genealogicznym, które powstało w ramach gościnnej inspiracji na blogu sklepu Świat Pasji.

The frame itself didn’t need many adornments due to its interesting shape. I only used some sand paste, twine, gauze and wire for the texture.

Sam projekt, ze względu na swój interesujący kształt nie potrzebował wielu ozdób, a faktur nadałam za pomaca pasty piaskowej, sznurka, drutu i gazy.

I embellished every little frame with some leaves and flowers and glued a “Love” inscription to the tree trunk.

Każdą z małych ramek ozdobiłam listkami i kwiatkami, a do pnia drzewa przykleiłam literki ułożone w napis “Love”.

I worked with Finnabair waxes against the black gesso background in order to colour my project. Those waxes never disappoint and I suppose, I’m a little addicted to their lovely scent.

Pracowałam z woskami Finnabair na bazie czarnego gesso. Woski te nigdy nie rozczarowują i przypuszczam, że jestem trochę uzależniona od ich pięknego zapachu.

I filled the frames with Photobooth pictures for the time being and that gave a little extra “retro” feel to the finished project. Hope you are inspired a little.

W ramkach chwilowo umieściłam zdjęcia z fotobudki Tima Holtza, co ostatecznie nadało drzewku charakteru “retro”. Mam nadzieję, że udało mi się choć troszkę Was zainspirować.
